Alltrax Diesel – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Alltrax Diesel offers mobile diesel mechanic services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, scheduled maintenance, inspections, and labour hire. All work is carried out by qualified technicians.

2. Bookings & Call-Out Fees
All appointments must be booked in advance. A standard call-out fee applies for mobile services and may vary depending on location. Additional travel surcharges may apply for remote areas.

3. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept EFT, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

5. Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of [3–12 months depending on the service] from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to all new parts supplied and installed by Alltrax Diesel. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or parts not supplied by us.

6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and legal access to the vehicle or equipment. Vehicles must be in a clean and accessible state. We reserve the right to refuse service if the site or vehicle is deemed unsafe.

7. Liability
Alltrax Diesel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, parts availability, or unforeseen mechanical issues. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

8. Parts & Consumables
If parts are not available at the time of service, a follow-up appointment will be required. Prices for parts and consumables will be outlined in the job estimate where possible.

9. Roadworthy Inspections
Inspections are conducted in accordance with state and federal road safety regulations. Passing an inspection does not guarantee ongoing compliance. Follow-up repairs may be required to meet standards.

10. Changes to Terms
Alltrax Diesel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
